    Zero IBU hazy Imperial IPA. We add no hops during the hot side to reduce bitterness as much as possible. We then hopped this beer prior to fermentation with a hefty dose of Mosaic and Centennial. After fermentation we dry hopped it a second time with Amarillo, Mosaic and Chinook.
