COLD SIDE, 7%
Zero IBU DDH IPA. Cold Side has exclusively cold side hop additions and therefore is a 100% dry hopped IPA. We layered several dry hops of Amarillo and Mosaic both pre and post fermentation. This beer maintains a juicy body and intense aroma while having very little bitterness due to the lack of kettle additions.

THE POWER OF SCIENCE, 8%
This 8% Zero IBU/100% dry hopped DDH Imperial IPA is hopped with Strata, Nelson, Citra and Galaxy. By only dry hopping this beer, it has extremely low bitterness. We also used a new product that is like steroids for hops. This new product is known to use science to enhance and amplify the tropical flavor and aroma from the hops.

HOW IT STARTED HOW IT’S GOING, 8.5%
Zero IBU west coast style Imperial IPA. We took the classic, old skool west coast style Imperial IPA that started it all and gave it our new school 100% dry hopped treatment to drastically reduce bitterness. This beer is double dry hopped with Citra, Simcoe and Amarillo.

DDH Rock Me Dr. ‘Saic with Incognito is our all Mosaic Double IPA picked up a notch! Unlike previous versions, we used a big addition of Mosaic Incognito on the hot side followed by two dry hops of Mosaic and Mosaic Cryo. Bigger and bolder than before.

STOUT
Lost at Sea is a rebrand of our Russian Imperial Stout originally brewed under a different name. Our unadulterated Russian Imperial Stout. A thick, malty and chocolaty stout with no adjuncts.

Triple mashed Imperial Stout aged in a single Willett bourbon barrel for 16 months. It was conditioned on bourbon barrel aged vanilla to round it out with a little sweetness. We said last year’s version was the thickest and most viscous beer we’ve brewed to date. We might just need to say the same thing about this year’s batch.

Point of Divergence 2024 is our annual Imperial Stout that we ferment with Italian red wine yeast to impart wine and dark fruit notes. This year’s version is a blend of stout aged in Willet barrels for 18 months and stout aged in Laird & Co Apple Brandy barrels $9/9 oz bottle pour

BARLEYWINE
DOUBLE BARREL AGED CASH OR CREDIT, 14%
Double Barrel Aged Cash or Credit is a collaboration with the barleywine kings, Barreled Souls. In order to get this beer as complex as possible we double mashed with 100% Marris Otter malt and then boiled it for over 6 hours. We aged this liquid in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels for over a year. We then double barrel aged it in fresh Heaven Hill bourbon barrels for another 14 months for more complex notes of char, wood and bourbon. We added a little vanilla for good measure.

New red wine barrel aged hard seltzer from Magnify Seltzer Works. It is aged in red wine barrels for over a year before being conditioned on yuzu fruit and coconut.
