Hop Elevated Series that explores how hop products and extreme hop rates. Hopped with Citra, Motueka, Mosaic Dynaboost, Citra Cryo, Galaxy and Galaxy Abstrax.

FULMINARE, 8.5%
Latin for “to hurl lightning” or “to strike with thunderbolts,” Fulminare is an Imperial IPA brewed in collaboration with Esker Hart and hopped to the extreme, as we do in our “Hop Elevated” series. It’s hopped with Citra, Mosaic, Strata, Anchovy Terpsauce and Strata Abstrax. Esker Hart also brewed their version of the collab, a similar beer by the same name, with a couple of different hops and a slightly different malt profile.

FLANNEL SEASON, 8%
Apple Cider Donut inspired Imperial IPA brewed with 100 gallons of freshly pressed cider from New York State, lactose, a variety of fall spices, and vanilla. Hopped with Citra and Mosaic.

SHATTERED, 8.5%
Wet hop Imperial IPA dry hopped with fresh from the field Centennial hops picked on the west coast and shipped overnight for us to use less than 24 hours later. We froze these hops with liquid nitrogen and shattered them to release the freshest hop resins we could get our hands on.

WING NIGHT, 8%
Imperial IPA brewed to pair perfectly with wings. Brewed with lactose double dry hopped with Galaxy, Simcoe, El Dorado and Mosaic Cryo.

BACK TO SCHOOL, 8%
Imperial IPA with Citra, Mosaic, Strata and Simcoe.

IMPERIAL COLD SIDE, 8.5%
Zero Imperial IPA with Mosaic and Chinook hops. Triple Dry hopped and no hot side additions for next to no bitterness but all the juicy hop flavors and aromas we know and love.
