Hop Elevated Series that explores how hop products and extreme hop rates. Hopped with Citra, Motueka, Mosaic Dynaboost, Citra Cryo, Galaxy and Galaxy Abstrax.

SHATTERED, 8.5%
Wet hop Imperial IPA dry hopped with fresh from the field Centennial hops picked on the west coast and shipped overnight for us to use less than 24 hours later. We froze these hops with liquid nitrogen and shattered them to release the freshest hop resins we could get our hands on.

WING NIGHT, 8%
Imperial IPA brewed to pair perfectly with wings. Brewed with lactose double dry hopped with Galaxy, Simcoe, El Dorado and Mosaic Cryo.

Zero Imperial IPA with Mosaic and Chinook hops. Triple Dry hopped and no hot side additions for next to no bitterness but all the juicy hop flavors and aromas we know and love.
