    New collaboration with our friends Tim and Lee at Yakima Quality Hops, by far our favorite hop supplier. This 8% Imperial IPA is bombed out with their proprietary hop, Elani, and Elani LupoMax. We have really liked the character of Elani in a few of our hoppy beers up to this point and excited to see what Elani can do on its own. Let us know what you think!
